Grave Blessings - 2019

Graves in the Garden of Resurrection were blessed on Sunday June 2, 2019. Priests from the five Ukrainian Orthodox Parishes performed the graveside blessings. Approximately 150 family members and friends participated in the event. In some cases, they gathered together at the grave of their loved one to enjoy a memorial lunch.

Remembrance Day - 2019

The group "No Stone Left Alone" organized a Remembrance Day Celebration on Monday, November 4, 2019. Students from J.J. Bowlen Junior High, along with a representative from the Armed Forces, and family members were present at the ceremony.

A student cadet placed a wreath at the Cross in the Garden of Resurrection. Following the ceremony at the Cross, students placed poppies on the graves of all veterans interred at St. Stephen's Cemetery.

Following the placement of poppies, all present gathered in the Administration Building to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and ask questions of the soldier.
